Troubleshooting

  • Say “Disconnect” to close the app on ALL HoloLenses.
  • Check that all the devices are connected to WiFi.
  • Connect the first device but DO NOT connect the other devices.
  • Connect the rest as soon as the first one is "O".

If this doesn’t help:

  • Ensure the sleep timer is set to 30 minutes on all devices.
  • Delete the current spaces on all HoloLenses.
  • Restart all HoloLenses (no need to close the app).
  • Check that all the devices are connected to WiFi.
  • Connect the first device but DO NOT connect other devices.
  • Connect the rest as soon as the first one is "O".
