Required Skills

The goal of Vyzn is to eliminate the need of writing code to create HoloLens content. No code is ever required to use any Vyzn features! Additionally, no 3D skills are required to experience a 3D model on HoloLens. To create a Vyzn presentation, simply convert your model into an FBX file and upload it to Vyzn.

If you have a complex model (typically over 50 MB) which requires optimization, you will need to be familiar with a 3D editor allowing you to perform geometry decimation and texture optimization.

If you want to add Vyzn features like Views, Spots and Movable Objects, you will need basic skills with a 3D editor supporting 3D object hierarchy and FBX export.

3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Modo and Blender (which is free) are just some among many that can perform these tasks.

To use advanced Vyzn features like Timeline and Subtitles, you will need to be slightly familiar with the Unity engine.
